State Licensing Requirements
To qualify for a 2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License, an applicant must do the following:
- Complete the 60-hour prelicensing course
- Complete and submit an application for license with the Florida Department of Financial Services and submit the associated fees
Application for license may be made online on the Florida Department of Financial Services' Bureau of Licensing website
