State Licensing Requirements
To qualify for a 2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License, an applicant must do the following:
- Complete the 60-hour prelicensing course
- Complete and submit an application for license with the Florida Department of Financial Services and submit the associated fees
